How tracking works

1.Find your order numberIt looks like ORD-DEMO01 — on the confirmation email, checkout success page, or under Account → Orders.
2.Sign in with the same accountOrders are private. Only the customer who placed the order can open its live tracking — sign in with that email.
3.Follow the timelineStatus updates as the hub packs and the driver leaves. You also get a text about fifteen minutes before arrival.
