The demo storefront models a same-day grocer covering England and Wales, within roughly 90 miles of one of six packing hubs. Enter a postcode at checkout and the next seven days of two-hour slots appear.
Orders placed before 6pm are offered same-day slots across most postcodes, until 9pm. The driver texts when they are fifteen minutes away.
If you miss the slot, the driver waits five minutes and then leaves chilled items in an insulated tote in your safe place, if you have set one. Otherwise we rebook the next free slot at no extra cost.
Orders over $40 ship free. Below that the sample fee is a flat $3.90. Grovia Plus ($6.99 / month in the demo) makes every order free to deliver.
There is no minimum order value.
Chilled goods are described as travelling in temperature-logged crates between 2 and 5°C. That is sample operational copy for the fresh-market story — wire it to your own logistics before launch.
