How fast is delivery?

Orders placed before 6pm are delivered the same day across most postcodes. You pick an exact two-hour window at checkout, and the driver texts you when they are fifteen minutes away.

Which areas do you deliver to?

England and Wales, within roughly 90 miles of one of our six hubs. Enter your postcode at checkout and the available slots for the next seven days appear straight away.

What happens if I miss my slot?

The driver waits five minutes and then leaves chilled items in an insulated tote in your safe place, if you have set one. If not, we rebook the next free slot at no extra cost.

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum. Orders over $40 ship free; below that it is a flat $3.90, or free on every order with a Grovia Plus membership.

Can I change an order after placing it?

Yes — up until the order enters packing, usually around 45 minutes after you check out. Open the order in your account and choose Edit items.

How do substitutions work?

We only substitute if you opt in, and we never swap across a category. You approve or reject each substitution from the driver notification before the van arrives.

What if something arrives damaged?

Tap the item in your order history and choose Report an issue. Fresh items are refunded instantly — no photos, no phone calls, nothing to send back.

How do refunds work?

Refunds go back to your original payment method within three business days. If you would rather have Grovia credit, it lands in your account immediately.

Where do you source produce?

From 340 growers within 90 miles of each hub. Every product page names the farm and the date the crop was picked.

Is the cold chain really unbroken?

Chilled goods travel in temperature-logged crates between 2 and 5°C from the packhouse to your door. Every van is refrigerated, and the log is available on request.

How do I delete my account?
