Seller guidelines

What every Grovia seller agrees to

Short on purpose. These are the rules the review team applies and the ones your seller centre enforces — you accept them when you apply. Grovia keeps 5% of recognised sales; everything else is yours.

Listing products

Every new or edited product is checked by the Grovia team before it goes live — usually within two working days.
Use a clear photo on a plain background. Product images are shown as cut-outs, so avoid busy backdrops.
Prices include VAT where it applies. The compare-at price is optional and must be higher than the selling price.
Keep stock honest: a product at zero stock is hidden from the storefront automatically.

Orders and fulfilment

You see every order that contains one of your products, with your lines only. Grovia's operations team packs and delivers from the hub.
Have new orders ready for collection within 24 hours. Repeated late hand-overs can lead to the account being paused.
Customers can cancel within the store's cancellation window; those orders never count towards your earnings.

Earnings and payouts

Earnings are recognised when an order is delivered or completed. Grovia keeps the platform commission shown on your Earning page.
Request a payout from the Withdraws page once your available balance is above zero. One request at a time; the finance desk pays weekly.
Payouts go to the bank account on your Payout details page. Keep it accurate — a rejected transfer delays everyone.

Account standing

Applications are reviewed manually. Rejected applications cannot be resubmitted from the same account.
An account can be terminated for repeated late fulfilment, misdescribed products or unresolved customer complaints. The reason is always shown on sign-in.
